In order to streamline maintenance requests and better serve you as tenants, we utilise a support ticket system. Every maintenance request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Please ensure you search the knowledgebase above for your question before opening a ticket! If you log a maintenance ticket that is covered by the knowledgebase, you are liable to be linked back to it!

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket, and we also require you to provide us with information as to what flat/property the maintenance issue relates to.

Please note that by submitting a maintenance ticket via this system, you are granting us permission to access your property and attend to the maintenance issue(s) without the guarantee of additional notice.

Due to the priority based nature of maintenance issues, we can't often give a fixed date/time as to when someone can attend to the issue, so the above blanket-notice is done in an effort to get your reported issues resolved as soon as possible!
